If Hulu bills you directly, you can cancel any time from your Account page in a browser. If you pay through Apple, Amazon, Roku, a phone or cable company, or another partner, cancel through them.

Ways to cancel

Online
On a computer or mobile browser, go to your Account page, select Cancel under Your Subscription, then Cancel Subscription.
Third-party billing
Hulu lists partners including Amazon, Apple, Comcast Xfinity, Disney, Google, Roku, Spotify, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Cancel with your billing partner.
Help
Hulu’s help center offers live support 24/7 if you have trouble.

Step by step

  1. Check your Account page under Payment Information to see who bills you.
  2. If it’s Hulu, select Cancel under Your Subscription. If you’re offered a pause, select Continue to Cancel.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription. Your Account page should say your subscription will be canceled.
  4. Keep the confirmation email Hulu sends.

Watch out for

Whatever method you use, save proof: a confirmation number, email, screenshot, or certified mail receipt. Then check your next statement.
